Ward Personnel, with offices in Dublin, Cork and Athlone in Ireland, and now also in Lublin in Poland, is led by its founder and Managing Director, David Ward. Since its establishment in 2010 the company has expanded year on year and is now recognised as one of Ireland’s leading recruitment services providers in the Construction and International Sourcing sectors.
David has over twenty years of experience in recruitment and has led the development of the Ward Personnel team – the company now has a team of thirty employees servicing all corners of the country.
The company has earned a reputation within the industry as being customer-driven, compliant and hard-working, with a relentless focus on quality and on-site delivery, both for our clients and our candidates. This has resulted in our customer base expanding to include the majority of Ireland’s leading construction and civil engineering companies.
