The Authority for Working Conditions is a service that promotes the improvement of working conditions, prevention, control, auditing and inspection, integrated into the direct administration of the state.
It is the mission of the Authority for Working Conditions to contribute to the promotion of improved working conditions through:
- Monitoring compliance with labor standards, within the scope of private labor relations;
- promotion of occupational risk prevention policies;
- control of compliance with legislation relating to safety and health at work, in all sectors of activity and in services and bodies of central, direct and indirect, and local public administration , including public institutions, in the form of personalized services or public funds.
