• Non negotiable with guest experience, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.

• A strong problem-solver with the ability to make quick, strategic decisions.

• A team player who fosters a positive, people-first workplace culture.

• Entrepreneurial and driven to improve operations, financial results, and team performance.

• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus but not required).

• Holding an EU work permit (visa sponsorship currently unavailable).
