About the organisation
Centro per l'impiego di Varese is a public office that offers free services to assist job placement and vocational training for both Italian citizens and foreign citizens who regularly live in Italy.
It facilitates the matching of job supply and demand and promote active labour policy interventions. Within the framework of the Employment Services Network, the CPI delivers an integrated series of interventions - defined Essential Levels of Performance (LEP is the acronym in Italian and ELP is the acronym in English) meant to promote employment, job placement, skilling and up-skilling, reintegration, coaching and orientation.
