Responsibilities to include:
Provide evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the client’s care plans based on the needs identified.
To prioritise the needs and comforts of the Adult or child.
Work closely in partnership with family members.
To promote the recognition of the client as an individual & demonstrate kindness, compassion, and respect.
To be committed to the care and concern of client.
Work within their Scope of Practice NMBI (2015).
Adhere to the NMBI Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses and Midwives (2015).
Qualifications & Experience
Trained and Registered Nurse.
Community based nursing experience is desirable but not essential as relevant training will be provided.
